About Us

Read Associates is a family-run business with over 25 years’ experience in the leisure and office fit-out industry. We have undertaken a vast amount of projects on offices, restaurants and pubs / clubs, ranging in value from £2k to £3m, from 40-seater restaurants through to 400, and from office partitions through to full buildings.

We’re in-tune with customer needs, working around our customers with a night and weekend out-of-hours service, minimising business disruption and distraction. We aim to complete every job on-time, within budget, without stress, and to the highest standard.

We’re experts in our field, with experience covering all aspects of shop-fitting, from simple partitioning jobs through to advanced electrical wiring and air conditioning installations. This diverse spectrum of in-house talent allows us to provide our customers with a single port-of-call for all jobs, ensuring that installations are completed quickly and efficiently.

And finally, we try and ‘do our bit’ for the environment, using environmentally-friendly materials and recycling whenever possible, minimising unnecessary waste.

We manage every element of the fit-out process, from initial consultation through to electrical works, plumbing, and decoration, providing our clients with a single point of contact for every aspect of construction. This in-house approach allows the project to be completed on time and within budget, with a minimum of fuss.

For Dalton House, Manchester, we undertook a full strip and refurbishment of the building, including toilets, common areas, all receptions, and all office spaces, across four floors. The project took six months to complete.
