This means most of the heavy work is done when your employees or customers are not in the building. We also keep an eye on your electrics and IT technology to ensure nothing is unplugged that shouldn’t be.

With over thirty years in the fit-out and refurbishment business we’ve learned there are three key factors that determine the success or failure of a refurbishment:

The Design - The design has to reflect the culture of the company. Truly inspirational design that fits with the environment, leads to greater output and productivity. In other words, the wellbeing of both your employees and customers improves. Don’t worry - we know the questions we need to ask.
The Planning - The planning phase has to take into consideration your key stakeholders opinions and future growth needs - last minute changes cost you more money and may lengthen the time the refurbishment takes. Businesses that utilise a great deal of IT technology should include the IT team in any discussions that involve the removal of flooring, adjusting heights of ceilings and the creation of partitioning.
Project Management - Exceptional on-site project management. We’ve learned that holding regular meetings on your premises results in a more in-tune team. Fast decisions can be made and appropriate site inspections undertaken with the minimum of fuss.

Wherever possible we recycle existing materials and reuse them in our build. If that’s not possible we dispose of all waste in environmentally friendly ways.
